We're building a seeded starting library for Starter and Pro, so a new workspace opens with useful reference material in it instead of a blank page waiting on your first upload. The sources we plan to draw from are publicly published Singapore government-agency material, EnterpriseSG, ACRA and CSA among them.
It is not switched on yet. It is not part of what Starter or Pro costs today, and we have not committed a ship date. When it does land it will be additive: a starting point, not a finished library, sitting alongside your own SOPs rather than replacing them, and nothing you upload gets overwritten.

Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans cancel anytime, no fees. You keep the month you have already paid for, and we do not bill you again. Annual prepay is non-refundable.
What happens when I hit my monthly AI answer limit?
Chat keeps working. We notify your admin as you approach the limit, and you can top up at S$109 per 1,000 answers or upgrade your plan. Limits reset at the start of every month.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
We keep your data for 30 days after your paid period ends, not from the day you cancel, so you have time to resubscribe or export. After that we delete everything. Immediate deletion available on request (PDPA right).
Do you train AI models on my data?
No. Your documents and conversations stay inside your tenant and are used only to answer your team's questions. We don't train models on your data, ever.
Where is my data hosted?
Singapore region. A managed Postgres database with row-level security for tenant isolation. Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
How long does setup take?
Self-serve: 30 minutes through the in-app workshop. Facilitated: a 90-minute session plus one week to upload documents.
Do you offer SSO?
SSO/SAML is on the Pro tier roadmap. For now: Google sign-in and email/password, with authenticator-app two-factor available on every account and required for administrators.
Does a paid plan make my training accredited?
No. Paying for Decisionlore gives you the tools to build training from your own material, structure it to Singapore's Skills Framework, assess your staff, and issue company certificates of completion. It does not make the training WSQ accredited.
