Terms of Service

These Terms are a contract between you and Freemansland Consultancy Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202210524R), operator of Decisionlore ("the Service"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Decisionlore is a multi-tenant AI knowledge platform. Your workspace admin uploads documents and configures principles; your team asks questions and gets answers generated by our AI language model provider, grounded in your data.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. The workspace admin is responsible for managing seats and access. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that's illegal or infringes IP rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access other tenants' data
• Use the Service to send spam, harass, or harm others
• Exceed published rate limits or fair-use thresholds
• Build a competing service using our outputs

AI-generated answers can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Decisionlore is an assistant, not a substitute for professional judgment. Do not rely on it for legal, tax, medical, or compliance decisions without human review.

Subscriptions are currently arranged directly with our sales team and invoiced accordingly; self-serve billing through a payment processor is not live yet. Once it is, subscriptions will be billed monthly or annually in advance, monthly plans non-refundable for the current month but cancelling effective the next cycle, annual prepay non-refundable, and failed payments may result in suspension after 7 days. These billing terms apply from the point self-serve billing goes live.

We may revise prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current pricing for at least one renewal cycle after notice.

You retain ownership of everything you upload. We hold a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

You may export your data at any time. We delete it 30 days after cancellation, or sooner on request.

Both sides agree to keep confidential information confidential and use it only to perform under these Terms.

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but don't guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. We won't be liable for downtime caused by force majeure or third-party outages (e.g. our database provider, our AI provider).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Either side may terminate the Service for any reason. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms (e.g. acceptable use violations, non-payment).

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes go to the courts of Singapore, except either party may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms. Material changes get 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date = acceptance.
